I did see it. If this had anything to do with rape that would have been stated to the court. It wasn't. The baby is being killed because" ‘she felt that she could not cope with its continuance and it would stress her to a considerable degree.’

And she isn't "mentally challenged" : If the girl was not capable of fully understanding the situation, the local authority would be allowed to terminate the pregnancy if doctors believed it was in her best interests.

How you so facilely exempt everyone who should be looking out for the welfare of this 13 yr old girl (13!!!) is beyond me; those with your attitude do much damage to the pro-life movement
