50,000 Gallons of Oil Spills on Los Angeles Street

The Los Angeles Fire Department reports a ruptured oil pipe near Glendale has spilled about 50,000 gallons of crude oil onto streets.

According to a Fire Department release, the leak from a 20-inch pipe was reported around 12:15 a.m. and the oil line was remotely shut off. No injuries were reported.

Oil spilled over approximately half a mile and is knee high in some areas. A handful of commercial businesses are affected.

Daily Mail whom I trust more then ABC, says it 10,000 gallons not 50,000. It won't stop them running around with their hair on fire over it however.

We need to ban all oil in California to keep it pristine.

Except Al Gores House, he needs to burn a few thousand barrels a day just to keep the lights on.

They need to shut down all California pipelines and transport all oil in safe railroad tank cars operated by Warren Buffet!
