msnbc was trying to rescue GM by saying the bankruptcy insulatesd the new company from old company debt.
Bankruptcy law has provisions for fraud and deception being non dischargable. ANYBODY with 1/4 of a braincell knows this. MSNBC is just trying to protect government motors and an female ceo who IS part of the culture of corruption.
