Color me highly skeptical.
The sex distribution of babies across the world is very similar, within about a 1% range if I remember correctly.
I seriously doubt the percentage of sexually satisfied women is that consistent across the world’s many cultures, some of which don’t even recognize the existence of the female orgasm.
Also, given the many cultures which inflict genital mutilation on their women, one of two factors would need to apply for this orgasm/male child link to hold true.
Either women after genital mutilation are still able to achieve orgasm at a rate comparable to unmutilated women, something that flies in the fact of current feminist dogma. Or societies that practice FGM would quickly have a severe shortage of male babies, which would in a couple of decades result in their being overrun by their enemies.

The statistics I mentioned apply to the USA, not the world. ;-)
