The State department is full of spineless liars. Diplomats are just skilled liars. Their use of innuendo, nuance and intimidation is nauseating. That said, "boko haram" is a typical Islamic organization. They subscribe to kidnap, slavery, intimidation and murder to oppress their victims into Islam.
