Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA) is investigating allegations the Department of Homeland Security has deleted records related to a list of terrorists the agency maintains as part of a hands off policy on some of the individuals on the list.
Grassley released emails last week describing the alleged terrorist hands off list at DHS which apparently resulted in the deletion of records of an individual who was allegedly a member of the Muslim Brotherhood and a close associate of a supporter of Hamas, Hizbollah, and (Palestinian) Islamic Jihad.
The individual referenced in Senator Charles Grassleys inquiry to DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson is Jamal Badawi, as previously reported by the Investigative Project on Terrorism.

The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
DHS = Dept. of Hamas Supporters
Dept. of Hezbollah Supporters
Why were the Boston TERRORISTS let in to the USA
after warning without a passport?
Why were THOSE records deleted?
Why is no one arrested?
Terrorists ..???? What terrorists ..????
We already killed bin Laden .. so what’s your problem ..??
Whoa whoa whooooaaa..
Penetration aka invasion of our gubamental agencies
Wow, The Dem Rats have come a long way..
And now enable it..
It’s pretty obvious there’s been a coup on our government by enemies of our Constitution. I have yet to see any evidence of accountability for wrongdoing since 2009, unless a Republican was the one in trouble.
And the Russians tried to warn us about them, but our authorities shrugged them off.
Because VIP Saudi Wahhabis are waived through airport gate security while pedestrian American taxpayers are strip-searched?
Because Obama & Co. don’t think muslims are muslims or that the head of our Libyan consulate was murdered.
Because they want to *reward* 20-30 million resident outlaws with amnesty—after just recently loosing tens of thousands of the same, who are felons as well, on the American public.
And that’s how out-of-touch Washington DC: not just Democrats! is with the rest of the country.
Badawi was a Board of Directors member of the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States and a founding incorporator of the Muslim American Society.
In 2004 Badawi issued a fatwa for Islamonline, outlining six different conditions in which a wife may properly be beaten according to his understanding of Islamic teaching, because, he stated, there are cases in which a wife persists in bad habits.
Badawi played a part in a November 2004 fatwa by the International Union of Muslim Scholars decreeing that it was a religious duty for all able-bodied Muslims inside and outside Iraq to wage jihad against the American military.
The Investigative Project on Terrorism reports that Badawi has defended violent jihad including suicide bombings and has suggested that Islam is superior to secular democracy. Barzinji was named in a federal affidavit as being closely associated with Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Hamas.
It is extremely revealing that the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro, which was the center of controversy since its inception, would feature Badawi as a speaker. This confirms the contention of foes of the mosque that it wasnt as moderate as it claimed.
Scholar Scheduled to Speak at Local Mosque has Ties to Terror, from WZTV Nashville, October 22
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. Theres a new concern tonight about a religious facility thats dealt with years of controversy. That concern involves the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro and a Muslim speaker whos going to be there next month. November 3 the Islamic Center is hosting a forum called Gods Books. It includes scholars from various faiths, but theres an email circulating with specific concerns about one of them, a man mosque opponents say has ties to terror. Big questions, and Iman [sic] Ossama Bohloul plans to discuss them all next month inside the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro. Bohloul invited 2 Christian scholars and a Rabbi to speak, but hes getting criticism for his Islamic speaker, former Canadian professor Dr. Jamal Badawi.
Critics say Badawi has connections with radical Islam. J. Lee Douglas group the 9/12 Project believes Badawis appearance is a sign the Murfreesboro mosque is more than it advertises. In particular, hes concerned about reports on anti-Islamic websites that claim Badawi was an unindicted co-conspirator in a federal terrorists funding case.
Its a claim to date no member of law enforcement has publicly agreed with and we did some checking on Badawi with the U.S. Attorneys Office. A spokesperson there tells FOX17 NEWS there are no alarms raised by any law enforcement agency concerning the Islamic speaker. Imam Bohlol says its silly for critics to say his mosque is hiding anything, considering everyone is invited to hear Badawi speak. Terrorist funding case opponents link to Badawi began in Dallas in the early 2000s.
We reached out to that U.S. Attorneys Office to find out more about what role, if any, Badawi might have had in the case. We are still waiting for their response and will let you know if theres anything concerning.
