I’m sorry but I can’t look at Sam’s face without thinking...... ugh.
I’m sure his teammates will feel that way too.
Think about that. The average NFL player spends years getting to that level and once there, it's even more difficult to maintain your place because you have the summer training camps under the blazing July sun where you constantly have to re-prove yourself so that you can hopefully stay on the roster another year. Unless you are a big name QB or RB, people are going to forget who you were less than a year after you leave the game.
So you can imagine their annoyance with this Michael Sam, who again, hasn't accomplished a damn thing on an NFL football field, getting all this attention. And get this: Michael Sam is NOT the first homosexual man to play this game. Not by a long shot. But the other homosexuals in the game kept their mouths shut about that part of their lives, played the game they were paid to do, and didn't allow their sexuality to define who they were. Those are the ones that deserve the respect. Not this attention-seeking drama queen.
