Obama Endorses the Orwellian 'B1 Emissions Path'

Has the Obama administration set the U.S. on the “B1 emissions path”?

The B1 emissions pathway was defined in an obscure IPCC report published fourteen years ago (and since superseded), titled the Special Report on Emission Scenarios (SRES). Four scenarios were presented:

A1: “strong commitment to market-based solutions” and “high rates of investment and innovation in education [and] technology.” B2: “international institutions decline in importance, with a shift toward local and regional decision-making structures and institutions.” A2: “some regions move toward stronger welfare systems and reduced income inequality, while others move toward "leaner" government and more heterogeneous income distributions.” B1 was dubbed the “global utopia pathway” by Michael Mann in his book “Dire Predictions.” It has the most significant reduction of greenhouse gases, but the IPCC cautions that it “may adversely affect the economic efficiency and functioning of world markets.”

Only one B1 I want to see in action. "They" continue to spread the lie. And often. I guess if you say it enough times it becomes true huh? This trainwreck is picking up speed again.

As long as it hurts the USA Obama is 100% for it.

I love Turkey and the Turkish people, but if you ever visit Izmir, you can see the future the left will impose and emulate, if they get a chance.

~Cabrini Green Towers for as far as you can see. I realize Turkey has a high youth demographic and needs housing for the population, but it is not pretty and absolutely claustrophobic.

My wife went to Armenia not long after the soviet union failed (about 20 years ago) to help educate some folks about starting businesses and becoming more independent. I knew what she was gonna see and the video and picture she brought back are exactly what you are talking about. Cramped high rises with people crammed in them. Little private vehicle ownership (Armenian mafia mostly). Hopefully her work wasn’t in vain and things are better there now. But you are correct when you say Cabrini Green (think the lyin’ king’s gal pal val) is where “they” want us.

I believe “questionably decree” is the term you are looking for. “Enact” implies passing of a bill by a legislative body.
