He was “mad” when Benghazi happened. He was “mad” when the IRS was exposed. For some reason I am inclined to interpret this as further complicity in gross negligence.

He was madder ‘n hell about Benghazi, too, IIRC. That’s why he was all over that video, apologizing at the UN, and having Rice on five shows over one weekend. Fake tears.
