On Friday, Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren, in her first budget message, raised city taxes something that approaches 3 percent.
On Saturday, she showed how she wants to spend it.

I don't know how the media gets away with always portraying this as Conservatives not wanting women to have birth control, when the truth is that we just don't want to pay for your birth control. You want to have birth control, fine, that is your business; but, please stop insisting that I have to pay for it.
These are very expensive operations and treatments. So expensive that transgendered persons may decide to relocate to this generous city to get free services.
Rochester died when Kodak died so there’s no doubt that the $$$ for these perverted procedures is coming from everyone in the nation that actually *works* for a living.
I want a centaur change...I am going to start demanding that the TAXPAYERS pays for my FREE Centaur change operation.
That sounds as stupid as a sex change operation...but I bet some horse A$$ would demand it.

Been to Rochester a few yrs ago, quaint old town, but it’s a shame how down-trodden it is.
It is a bit tired...but the burbs are quite nice.
