China should use a page from Obama and say we're hacking them.
Then Obama can blame Bush and say the Republicans do it too.

With the “dude” mentality of this administration, China needn’t worry about any hacking allegations. Anytime Obama and Holder accuse China, all China needs to do is say “I know you are, but what am I?” And that will stop this Administration in its tracks. It’s too tough philosophically for them to formulate a response.
