DM comment——
The fact the burns are on her back means she was walking away from her boss when she threw the boiling water on her, this DID NOT happen during a tussle

These types of things are fairly common in the Middle East. This is just the ones reported in the media. The houses over there have locks on both sides of the doors. Sometimes the maids are locked in their rooms whenever the family leaves.

When I was there a bunch of Filipino women all went to their embassy and refused to leave. They had to charter a couple of 747s to fly them all back to the Philippines. The Philippine government always warn them about mistreatment is Saudi.

They tried the same thing with a Thai woman and the Thais killed a couple of Saudis who were on vacation in Thailand in retaliation. As a result Thais are banned in Saudi Arabia and Saudis can only go to Thailand from another country undercover.

Quite interesting - and surprising.

Imagine if Africa had the same organization during the trade routes of slavery... would the slave-traders turned to Mexico for slaves?

When will our leaders quit acting like the Saudis are normal people? They gave us 911, they are a backwards barbaric country. To keep their feudal monarchy in power, they fund terror all around the world with the proviso that the bad guys not do anything in Saudi Arabia.
They have slavery, and open bigotry laws. Their women are treated worse than blacks in Jim Crow.
Bibles are forbidden. You can be executed for witchcraft.

I am disgusted everytime I see pics of a Bush holding hands with them, or see a Obama bow to them.

I think if the Africans were more united there would not have been a slave trade.

Here's what Saudis do well - they flatter. And our empty suit congresscritters feel they've finally found people who 'get' how fabulous they are... a marriage made in hell... There's nothing in the ME worth defending except Israel... period.

Silly media. Abuse and torture of women isn’t news if it’s perpetrated by adherents of the Religion of Peace.

When will these silly editors and producers learn?

If the Africans were more united the slave trade would have flushed humanity from all of Africa, fool. They have been selling each other into slavery since before the years we affirmed their existence.

I worked in Jordan,Egypt, Lebanon and Iraq over 6 years. The abuse happens in ALL of these countries. When speaking of Iraq I refer to the Kurdish north, where some foreign housekeepers were brought in as office work or under the guise of selling in a mall clothing store or what not. Then put into housekeeping after arrival, fulfilling the ‘ruse’. I am aware of a Philippine woman who died, jumping from the 3rd floor to try to escape her “employer” in Jordan. I know of an employment agency in Jordan where the woman owner locked the new arrivals in a secret room in her office basement until they were hired. She was also known to beat them. I am a former police officer, and have friends in the Jordan government and was able to get action taken. So many of these girls runaway from the employer. Is it any wonder why. If I had my way these employers and bullshit agency owners would be summarily executed. I have zero tolerance for this. After 6 years there, I believe it has a reflection on the “Sharia” mindset of slavery which in some is most prevalent.

I doubt there would have been any trading if they were united and not splintered into several different countries.

I disagree, with mountains of facts. “Several different countries” is a western notion. Tribalism in Africa is a house-to-house business, rape (man-to-man / man-to-baby,) dismemberment, and murder are the trans-generational result, time and time again.

You basically have two groups in Africa. One causes a lot of heart ache and one retaliates against it. It’s not all you stated. Kinda like where we are headed in a few years if not reversed.

That poor woman. The pain is incredible, and risk of infection high. I hope and pray she heals well.
