Los Angeles Times: The Obama administration has quietly adjusted key provisions of its signature health care law to potentially make billions of additional taxpayer dollars available to the insurance industry if companies providing coverage through the Affordable Care Act lose money. The move was buried in hundreds of pages of new regulations issued late last week. It comes as part of an intensive administration effort to hold down premium increases for next year, a top priority for the White House as the rates will be announced ahead of this fall's congressional elections.

The insurance industry didn’t sign on to Obamacare without covering their asses.
“Adjustments”? Drudge headlines calls it what it really is: a bailout. But that was the whole idea behind 0bamacare. By then, the money had run out & the insurance/ Phrma companies were saying “Where’s mine?”
Has there ever been a law enacted that was an open-ended blank check that just keeps growing & growing, long after it was passed? Because that’s what this is. It is truly a cancer.

In other words, they’re going to use taxpayer money to hide the reality of their policies that might adversely affect their chances of continuing to impose those adverse policies on the rest of us.
I heard my wallet sobbing in the dark last night, but it wouldn't tell me what was wrong.
This is going to cost the taxpayers, and the patients, trillions more than claimed by Obama prior to passage. The impact will be kicked down the road and rolled into future budget deficits. No one except the bean counters will be the wiser. Republicans will go along with it. Their only gripe will be that they cannot claim credit. What we thought would be a slow motion train wreck will be lubricated with taxpayer money.

so without any legislation from Congress a President is allowed to change the budget and cost of a federal program???
either the $ change/adjustment is illegal or Congress voted to create a federal dictatorship and abdicate its Constitutional authority
