Breaking: Senate Democrats just blocked a very important bill about the VA scandal

Just when you think Democrats can’t possibly sink any lower, they go and do something like this.

Marco Rubio wants to pass the Veterans Affairs Management Accountability Act. This bill aims to make it easier/possible for the scandal-plagued department to fire employees based on poor performance (like any other real job). The House overwhelmingly passed it with a bipartisan vote of 390 to 33. (Only Democrats objected.)

DimocRATS and federal employees think that federal employees deserve a paycheck and benefits regardless of whether they work or not and they further believe that they shouldn’t be subject to immediate dismissal upon their wrongdoing.

That but its also part of the bigger plan. Build the federal govt and make it unaccountable to anyone.

Not suprised at all. The democrats are scum communists who hate America and Reid is the neo nazi leader of the scum in DC whom need to be removed from America. No more deals with the neo nazi democrats who are unconstitutional when judged by the Constitution and Declaration of Independence as well as the bill of rights. The nazi loving Reid is such a bottom dwelling scum that it can only get worse for Americans in the remaining years of the obamanation regime of hatred, racism against whites and gender bias against males.

So, we don’t already have laws in place to fire incompetent federal workers who engaged in possible criminal activity.

Senator Bernie Sanders, a union-backed socialist from Vermont, objected on behalf
of Senate Democrats to Rubio’s request. Instead of taking any action now, Sanders
said he is going to hold a hearing—several weeks from now.

Sanders, who chairs the Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs, has been one of
the most outspoken defenders of the VA against allegations of misconduct. When asked
about reports of multiple deaths related to long wait times at the VA healthcare
system, Sanders told CNN: “People die every day.”

Yeah, it's just RATs protecting RATs...typical gubmint goonion crap.

Most denizens of the democRATic hack-o-rama are overpaid, do-nothing campaign workers, or defeated elected officials (good soldiers) who are otherwise unemployable in the real world.

Most government departments or agencies care nothing about their alleged purpose, but solely about protecting their precious budget. (do-nothing "jobs")

Well, if there aren’t laws on the books like that...there sure should be.

I don’t get it. There is no reason that misconduct is not a valid reason for dismissal.

This is exactly why it is paramount to get rid of Harry Reid as SML and win 51 seats minimum in senate in 2014. Repubs must unite to accomplish that goal.
