A Pakistani immigrant beat his wife to death in their Brooklyn home after she made the mistake of cooking him lentils for dinner instead of the hearty meal of goat meat that he craved, according to court papers.
Noor Hussain, 75, was so outraged over the vegetarian fare that he pummeled his wife, Nazar Hussain, 66, with a stick until she was a “bloody mess,” according to prosecutors and court papers.

That website, on a different page, explains it takes over a year for a refugee to get in the program but I knew a Lebanese gentleman who told me he got here within ten days of filling out a form on a whim.
He was walking into town back in war torn Lebanon and saw a crowd. Being a curious fellow, he joined them and learned the State Department was offering entry into the U.S. There were requirements but the most difficult one was getting $500 together.
After he showed the State Department representative the five hundred bucks he gave most of it back to his friend.
He was a nice guy, had two jobs and complained about his wife a lot but I doubt the idea of beating her with a stick ever entered his mind.

He should have the ___ beaten out of him, then be gut-stabbed before he goes in with the pigs. What a piece of total excrement he is. Why on earth was he ever allowed into the U.S.? BTW, I simply LOVED his method of washing clothes. Who in the U.S. uses a dirty stick from the street to stir clothes, when every neighborhood has a laundromat? He and his wife must have smelled to high heaven with clothes washed with a dirty stick.
