SEVEN police officers visited him at his apartment door and yet he passed muster!

He passed muster because they didn't search his room. Right in his writings it said he was more scared than he'd ever been in his entire life that they would. Had they done so they would have found his "guns and weapons" and his "plan".

After seeing just one of his videos, for the life of me, I don't understand why they didn't search his entire apartment. Could it be because the threats weren't made against a specific person but girls in general?

CRAZINESS send out a very strong “Do Not Hump” signal.

I suppose that's true of a certain kind of craziness. But, then, remember that there's also the "hot and crazy" scale, which sends out the opposite signal.

Sounds about as misogynistic as rap music.

But hey, why would we criticize the “hood”? They’re just “bein’ real”, you know?

They won’t be able to distract too much with the blame on guns since he killed three people with a knife, and one person with a car. That leaves two killed with a gun by my math.

Yeah, but the gun was egging him on.

"Misogyny /mɪˈsɒdʒɪni/ is the hatred or dislike of women or girls. Misogyny can be manifested in numerous ways, including sexual discrimination, denigration of women, violence against women, and sexual objectification of women."

I think Billy fits the definition.

from his youtube videos it’s apparent he grew up without a male role model.

Absolutely.

There are very strong subliminal signals sent out by crazies, no matter how cute, rich or protesting of eternal devotion.

Had one in my life in HS. Mom thought he was a *good catch*. Dad said: “He’s a prick.”

At 22, he got hired as a bank teller. There was a robbery and everyone was told not to move. He moved. He died. It was Darwinian.

Women know to not even be nice to these types. If you are, they will never go away.

I wish I would have read through at least the first fifty posts prior to reading the manifesto. I would have at least stumbled across yours and spared myself some torture on such a beautiful day as today.

Though in reading the drivel I got the impression he never actually asked a girl for a date! I would have thought with all the pontificating there would have been page after page of detailed rejections present. Only a couple of points where his efforts to say Hi were not returned in kind.

I couldn’t help but laugh at his anger over his mother not marrying into wealth in order give him what he deserved.

He will not be missed . . .

If you replace women with men, the guy would be winning awards in Women’s studies programs.

You're right - most feminist "scholarship" makes this guy seem like the model of sanity. Isn't Valerie Solanas still revered as a role model and a serious philosopher among college campus feminists and Women's Studies majors?

You are absolutely right. I thought that stuff was familiar.

Re: Elliot Rodger Was Fan of the “Young Turks” Channel

Must'va been a fan of the Denier host, too!!(fits in with his extermination theory on women) The host of the channel, Cenk Uygur. From Wikipedia:

Uygur expressed denial of the Armenian Genocide in letters published by The Daily Pennsylvanian in 1991 and Salon in 1999, in one of which titled "Historical Fact or Falsehood?" he stated, "The claims of an Armenian Genocide are not based on historical facts.
