Videos don't kill. But cops will stop and hassle you if you are just walking or driving down the street. If cops stop your car, they will ask if they can look inside. These cops knew there were videos of him saying he was going to kill people, that's why they went to the apartment.

Did the cops at least ask to look inside the apartment or do any further investigation? The guy said if they looked inside, he knew it would have been all over. Maybe the cops didn't have the right to look inside the apartment or maybe they did, but they did not ask and did no further investigation. They just asked a couple questions, took his word for it, and went back to the donut shop.
