Plame wasn’t an operative at the time, wasn’t even in the field. She was riding a desk in DC and they told everyone in their neighborhood who she worked for. Revealing she worked for the CIA was no more revealing a secret than saying Obama is corrupt and incompetent.

From a related thread:
the press office raised no objection, apparently because military officials had provided the list to distribute to news organizations.
So, the press office is already blaming the military officials.
[Would the military be providing names of CIA personnel?]

It is glaringly obvious now to those with eyes to see it.
The jihadis know it. The Egyptians know it and they are none too happy about it.

.....and Lewis Scooter Libby is in jail, why?
Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald carried on a many months' investigation after learning it was Richard Armitage who "inadvertently" allowed Plame's name released (of course, Plame was no secret agent and her hubby, Joe Wilson spoke of his wife's role at the Agency) but not to worry, I'm certain the Agency doesn't mind giving up one of its own to the enemy.

Or was it on purpose? I do not believe a single word from this administration about anything.
To: hometoroost
Yup, but the media played it up as a big damaging exposure. This is bigger, but watch the media go all silent as they protect their selected boy-king - can’t let him look bad, y’know!

Please just leave me on the list.
Aside: this would be extreme SNL comedy satire if not for REAL people that could be killed like ST-6 25 men on a Helo...Benghazi, F&F, so many others...I blame it on white Hollywood conservatives( are there any?)
