Well, if I'm not mistaken, the young "lady" has already received money from this alsharptoning, and being a gibsmedat adherent, whose phone, housing and health care is assured by obama, it is a sure bet that she has already spent it.
As far as the restaurant, most likely they will be on the hook (or their insurer, at least), which will result in prices going up...therefore, you will pay for all of it, in one way or the other.
Me, I'll do my part by never eating at a Red Lobster and avoiding those establishments that employ the alsharpton gibsmedat persons.

I can go on and on, but most of the readers of this forum have heard it again and again and again, and most, like me are not inherently racist...just disgusted with a class of people that so readily accept the gibsmedat attitude, yet curse and demonize the very people that are actually trying to help them improve their lives.
