I also do have to agree that the insolvent USA has vastly over-reached around the world on a military empire basis, and must pull back as the world's policeman precisely to maintain the capability to protect America's core security and self interests.
The Founders were 100% correct about avoiding foreign entanglements and offensive wars. Defend America; but let our allies accept responsibility for providing their own primary defense.

I don’t see how Obama’s foreign policy can BE more limited - at least with respect to defending the nation’s interests.
