Word is the Swiss Navy has a very modern naval base in Geneva.

Sea Launch is based in Switzerland, but launches from the ocean near the equator. Since they are based in Switzerland, their press releases have a Switzerland byline, which obviously confused the Memorial Day Weekend skeleton crew at the Associated Press.
