Been tied to the VA, since 1968, do to wounds in combat. yes I have Horror stories. If it had not been for my aggressive wife learning how to Play the system I would have left a long time ago. It has declined tremendously since they hung his picture on the wall.
That’s what it takes. A good wife and a lot if fighting.
You know there are a lot of good docs and nurses in the VA system who help once you’re in ... But until then, there are a lot of heated phone calls...
