It’s called “Plausible Deniability” - if he doesn’t know about it, then he can’t be BLAMED for it.
He’s either REALLY clever or totally incompetent.
Obama knows a few tricks.
His favorite is to keep playing the candidate outsider who looks in and complains about how everything is screwed up and how it makes him mad, and if we just vote as he tells us to in the next election (every next election) then he will be able to fix things.
Yep, Obama the man who needs NO congress because he has a pen and a phone has no power over what his government does because he doesn't even know what they are doing, because he's an outsider just like we were. He finds out when we do. A man of the people.
