No word on who she voted for, but there is one party that is committed to fighting for the rights of the undead to vote while denouncing any Voter ID measure as racist.
Evelyn E. Burwells family was surprised to learn she voted in the 2012 general and primary elections. They knew she was an avid voter, but shes been dead since 1997.
Burwell is one of about 6,100 deceased people still registered to vote in Nassau County, a Newsday computer analysis shows. The former Wantagh resident, who died at age 74, is also among roughly 270 people that records show voted in Nassau County after dying, a group that includes a man who voted 14 times since his death.
John Burwell, Evelyn Burwells son, said he will ensure his mother is removed from the rolls. Burwell, 66, of Levittown, said someone should be held accountable for the condition of the voter rolls.
Newsday is insisting that its all bunch of accidents and coincidences, but to believe that you have to also believe that another Evelyn Burwell suddenly showed up in the area

I wonder what party?.....................
Election fraud does not occur. That's why we don't need voter ID.
The plural of anecdote is “data”. The plural of “data” is “blather”. Nothing to see here, it never happened.
No way to tell. But don't violate nonliving voting rights by asking for picture ID! Show respect for the dead!
When all the living leave NY they’ll still have plenty of voters
I don’t want to be raised from the dead as a Democrat.
Levittown the new Chicago
Each ballot should be initialed by a poll worker. Comparison of the initials should indicate who took legal responsibility for verifying the ballot.
But "no word" is the same as "word" in a case like this. If there's malfeasance reported, but no party affiliation, then it's the same as saying it was a Democrat. Remember when that Dem Representative was suspected in the staffer's disappearance? (Don't remember whether he did it or not) They always captioned him "Whazisname (Rep)" for "Representative". Yeah.....right......
“I wonder what party?”
The Demaggot Party!
It would be terribly Judgmental to criticize such a loyal, determined participant in our great American representational system of governance. Better to give her an award.
I would not doubt nationally that the number of fraudulent votes is in the 7 figures or more
Impossible. That would be election fraud and we all know that’s just a racist right wing delusion.
What is amazing is not that her name is still on the rolls, BUT THAT SHE IS STILL VOTING!
Someone is voting in her name, for her.
This is NY, so the odds are great that this is Dem vote fraud.
What do you do when it is the poll worker who actually cast the ballot? You think that don’t happen? It’s the Democrat way, particularly in Democrat enemy territory.
‘New Yorker Votes 14 Times After Death’
And that was in just ONE ELECTION!
Evelyn E. Burwells family was surprised to learn she voted in the 2012 general and primary elections.
Would leftists be surprised?
John Burwell, Evelyn Burwells son, said he will ensure his mother is removed from the rolls.
Doesn't look like something a demoncrat would do, but maybe it was said with a wink.
If the dead woman voted Republican, it is inconsequential and at best a victimless crime as the Republican candidate did not win any of the presidential elections in question.
However, if the dead woman voted Democrat, it is a crime as such voter fraud prevented Republican candidates from winning the state.
Gotta love the picture with the article.
How do I find out if my grandma and grandpa voted?
Is there a way to check this?
My grandpa was a jokester so I think he would still be voting since 1970.
> I wonder what party?.....................
Party affiliation doesn’t matter.
They wait until 15 or 20 minutes before the polls close and any registered voter who didn’t vote by that time gets their vote registered by the party running the polls.
You don’t see many civic-minded zombies.
Maybe it was not the poll worker who cast the ballot. There are plenty of gubmint employees who would know the names and addresses of the dearly departed. I would look inside the IRS and the Social Security Administration.
If he didn’t vote Democrat, he definitely voted for the Working Families Party.
Bet they also voted in Florida, as well.
Furthermore, voting machines come in in the morning with 3-5 votes for the incumbents already.
There are districts and precincts that regularly report way over 100% of the voters registered there voting. They vote Democrat, and it is not government workers or the like cheating. It’s just outright cheating at the source - poll workers and captains, etc. There are districts that report not ONE Republican vote....they are giddy in their power of the cheat.

That may happen in some places, but not where I work the polls. The four poll workers are required to be two from each major party. Even if we or they wanted to do so, we could not vote for other individuals without the other side's cooperation.
That's not to say that some RAT poll workers wouldn't register Republican to get an all RAT crew in some precincts. But they'd probably have to wait until after the polls closed to do their dirty deed, and the machines time stamp everything.
It was a New Yorker, so there is little doubt.
We do so when we check in each voter, with initials in the poll book.
> I would not doubt nationally that the number of fraudulent votes is in the 7 figures or more
8 is probably more like it.
Not ours. When we start up the machines prior to opening the polls they print out a proof, which is supposed to show all zeroes (and always has). If it was to show anything other than zero we would have to call the county board and file a report on it.
I don't think the problem is as much at the polls as it is in absentee ballots and early voting.
Besides they don’t look so good after several votes.
Yeah I wonder why these articles never mention the party and I can bet why, because it doesn’t look good for Democrats and the media will do anything it can to cover for them. We can see the corruption as plain as day but the lies and deception just continue on.
Each precinct has a group of people working the election known as the election board. They swear to uphold the laws. In Indiana its is he clerk that is in charge of securing the ballot and initialing the back of each one.
I’m saying if there has been illegal balloting under their watch then those people who worked should be held legally responcible
Sending a few of the underlings up for a bit would go very far in securing ballots in the future
Isn’t that the town O’Reilly is from?
When my parents were Conservative Party poll watchers, the machines always came in with 3-5 votes for Rocky.
If Rockefeller did it, you can bet the Cuomos do it.
I don’t think the problem is as much at the polls as it is in absentee ballots and early voting.
Possibly but with todays technology and computers there should be an automatic
cross reference and/or notification to several agencies upon the death of someone.
Some would include; Drivers License, voter roles, SSI, tax roles,
welfare assistance programs, etc.
Go to the Board of Elections for their county and see if they’re marked as showing up at the polls.
I worked as a poll worker for two Presidential Elections and I know what is supposed to happen, and I’m saying that “sworn” anything to a Democrat means they can lie, lie, lie if they feel like what they do (illegal or just shady) is for their cause.
If you want to see what a Democrat is, look at Lois Lerner, Kathleen Sebellius, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Janet Napolitano, Eric Holder and all the rest of the abject liars we have been infesting our government these past 6 years..
Believe you are correct
——a blue collar democrat community is the way he describes it iirc!
