Sheriff David Clark had some harsh (and accurate) words on this yesterday.
I’m outraged over the lack of opportunity out there for young men of color. I’m outraged that these young men can’t see past the next moment, hour or day. I’m outraged that leaders in the community are silent until tragedy strikes. They should talk to their constituents today, not just at election time when they need the votes.
&&&
But he does not seem to be outraged at the lack of parental involvement. No mention of outrage over all of the out-of-wedlock births or the lack of religious participation by the families of thugs like these.
Why are there more men in prison than women?
Does this answer apply to other demographic slices?
The liberal answer would be hysterical shouts of RACISM!
Must be “sexism” that causes more men to be imprisoned than women then, right?
Or would the cry of “racism” be due to the logic trap that such a line of questioning sets?
I left Milwaukee in Feb of 1964.
It was a hellhole then & it has only gotten worse.
Won’t ever go back.
For those who go to the movies.
Ageism ,too!
Most go to prison at 18-25.
Great post...*clapping*
Parents moved us out in 70, I won’t even go to visit relatives that still live there...
You're totally right on this Junk Silver...
Blacks from many counties come here and do well... they haven't been polluted with the 'culture' white liberal elites handed to blacks in the 60's.
For some strange reason the politics of resentment and anger don't translate into cultural success... even if great tools for getting out the black vote - to prop up white liberal elites - to hold blacks dependent - and the circle of failure and rage continues...
There were two of them in this household...
