“We are showing you how to do it...”

I humbly beseech thee to think about it again. I too am a Texan and we have all the problems any other state has and in many way much worse. Simply electing TP/Conservative has done nothing toward fixing the problems we have, especially with illegals.

WTF is wrong with the rest of the country? We are showing you how to do it.

Same here up in Oklahoma. We threw out the RINO John Sullivan and gave the country Jim Bridenstein. Hopefully we will give the Senate TW Shannon, a black, Native American to fill Coburn's term.

It is not difficult, but it is not easy. Talk to 10 people. Get those 10 to talk to 10 more.

There are two ways to do things. The California way and the Texas way.

Texas proved that low taxes, individual liberty and less government works. California proved that drug induced psychosis, high taxes and the need to rule over people don’t.

The Tea Party victory is especially sweet-—b/c Obama and his henchmen have been eyeing Texas as a red convert to continue the Democrat tyranny.

God Bless Tx for not automatically falling in line with the rich and powerful.

Texans love to give the finger to jerks.

It is annoying whenever there is something big in the news, radio hosts are doing their own thing.

What gets me in the gut is how few people actually voted. Texas has a population around 26 million. The vote tally last evening in the lt. gov. race was roughly 700,000.

No wonder our nation is falling apart! 3% +- of the population voted.

Folks just don't care...until it hits their pocket.

“...WTF is wrong with the rest of the country? We are showing you how to do it.”...”

and

“...This kind of fundamental change takes time....Don’t worry, it will happen in stages.”

Indeed. Even the smallest pebble loosened in the right place on a hillside, can cause an avalanche.

To paraphrase Kruschev - “We’ll bury them”.

Yep, the air is a little fresher this morning. Looking forward to an Abbott/Patrick/Paxton trifecta.

WTF is wrong with the rest of the country?

We turn out enthusiastically to elect people like Pat Toomey, Tom Corbett and John Kasich who promise they will defend our values. Then they turn around and stab us in the back.

Latest is that Corbett is running up the white flag and is going to allow the ruling tossing our gay marriage ban to stand. He is already running far behind in the polls, and I don't know 1 Conservative in 3 who is going to roust himself out of bed to go pull the lever for this guy in November.

The funny thing is that the teaparty guys really don’t have much money here.

What pisses me off personally are the incumbent guys like Dewhurst who mount massive smear campaigns and think they can just roll over people with money and lies.
Eff em all.

Bob Hall is a Tea party guy and he is an obnoxious prick, someone is bank rolling him.
I hope he lost his bid against Deuell who is a great guy.

Really. The SSM is really not that much of a slam-dunk for Dems in PA (at least on this side of the state). Even the Democrats I know are opposed to SSM. So on one issue that might have helped him, Corbett caves.
