In a broad defense of his foreign policy, President Barack Obama declared Wednesday that the U.S. remains the world's most indispensable nation, even after a "long season of war," but argued for restraint before embarking on more military adventures.

Hmm, Obama is weak. But I can't say I was for intervention in Syria. There has to be a serious medium, and he's never come close to finding or hitting that.
And gimmie 5 billion dollars while you’re at it.

Obama hates America and the West and is living in a mental world frozen in the late 1800’s colonial expansion of France, England, Spain, Belgium and Germany.
He is a very, very sick man.

“but argued for restraint before embarking on more military adventures.”
Is that why he is advocating sending in “advisors” to train the “moderate” Syrian rebels?

Money, tech, arms, MANPADs, Sarin, and SAMs to al Qaeda
does NOT show restraint. Nor do
the crucifixions, beheadings, slavery
and Nun-rapes by Obama's allies.

Translation: We’re broke, militarily weak, and no longer have any credibility in the world.
So I’ll just say I don’t want to be a player on the international stage, and let it go at that. The alphabet channels have my back anyway.
Phew! Getting tough to save face these days...

Yeah, I assumed this was going to be a fund set up by “member nations” as in - the US wasn’t footing the entire bill. If that’s not the case, then I ask WTF? Surely we can find better use for the money.

Actually, I think America has always used restraint. If we crashed into Mexico or Canada with 3 divisions, that would be lack of restraint. Napoleon showed lack of restraint. Hitler showed lack of restraint. America has never been like that.

His definition of restraint includes keeping military options on the sidelines while leaving Americans, in the service of their country, to die in Benghazi. [/dripping, venomous sarcasm]

Lead? What Foreign Policy? Just as Obama was an empty shirt (or chair) in 2008 and 2012, so too his policies. There never has been substance and he's been consistent in that. Zero, zero, nothingness...

I want every non-American on earth to be afraid of us.
Every time an American is abused or killed, the country harboring the offender needs to be bombed.
We should start by dropping bombs on Mexico City until they release our Marine.

A lawyer married a woman who had previously divorced five husbands. On their wedding night, she told her new husband, "Please be gentle, Im still a virgin." "What?" said the puzzled groom. "How can that be if youve been married five times?" "Well, Husband 1 was president of the United States; Barry kept telling me how great it was going to be, but never got around to doing anything, so we adopted. Husband 2 was an engineer; he understood the basic process but wanted three years to research, implement, and design a new state-of-the-art method. Husband 3 was in marketing; although he had a nice product, he was never sure how to position it. Husband 4 was a psychologist; all he ever did was talk about it. Husband 5 was a stamp collector; all he ever did was... How I miss him! But now that Ive married you, Im really excited!" "Good," said the new husband, "but, why?" "Youre a lawyer. This time I know Im really gonna get screwed!"

more leading from behind. it has worked so well so far.
considering O’s sexual orientation, I have to question what is really meant by ‘leading from behind’.

I had that argument with a liberal once. He was comparing the US to imperial Rome. This was, of course, during the Bush years. I told him if we were what he described, we would, have rolled through Mexico in maybe a short week. Canada, probably two weeks.
