Has any freeper noticed more business then ever before are trying to cheat customers and short change them in transactions? Seems like to only way in Obama’s world to profit is to steal from the hand that feeds you.

Private citizens can’t give money away, that’s the government’s job! If someone has money to give away, they are not taxed enough!

This is going to be some odd PR scheme that is revealed eventually.

Maybe it’s a beer commercial.

I don’t think it’s intentional. I just think the younger generations aren’t good at math.

I don’t mean literal short change, I mean business adding surcharges to accounts, not providing after the sale customer satisfaction (i.e. carpet installed wrong). Google sticking it to long time customers on ad exposure. Credit cards refusing to dispute charges when there is amply evidence of fraud.
I’ve got more bitching to do than ever before and I have less money to spend now in the first place!

Ah, yes there is a lot more of that too. It’s a lot easier to screw your customers doing stuff like that than to raise prices. If you see the price go up, everyone stops and reevaluates if they really need that product, or if they can get it cheaper somewhere else. If you don’t see the price increase, but they reduce services elsewhere, then they achieve the same goal without risking all their customers fleeing.
