Former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, former presidential candidate Rick Santorum and other conservative heavyweights will be at Smokies Stadium next month for an event titled Americas Last Stand.
The former Alaskan governor and presidential candidate will be joined by former New York judge Jeanine Pirro and one-time congressman Col. Allen West, who both now contribute to the Fox News Channel. Country crooner John Michael Montgomery and Cuban singer Jon Secada will provide entertainment.
The event is sponsored in part by the Sevier County Tea Party.
Tickets for the June 26 event range from $49 general admission seats to $1,000 VIP Gold access that includes a dinner and meet-and-greet with the guests.
The nights theme, Americas Last Stand, is meant to motivate local voters and encourage them to take control of the countrys political future, said Sevier County Tea Party Chairman Steve Osborn.
Being proud to be an American is not an arrogant frame of mind, its a knowledge weve been blessed with the greatest nation in history and we could easily lose it if the people dont wake up soon, he said....

Sounds very interesting.
Thanks.
Americas Last Stand,
Too bad this wasn’t a prayer meeting. 2 Chronicles 7:14.
Who says there won’t be?
Methinks this is more than a motivator to get off our duffs and get in the game. This is a solemn warning that we've come to the end of the road - it's now or never.
Bingo!
Will it be on TV? I hope so! Fox News should cover this—or Glen Becks pseudo-Network The Blaze. You know no other MSM will touch it-—they will cover a KKK Cross burning before they will cover this event. We conservatives NEED our Own Network—to the right of Fox. Heck the Liberals have MSNBC —we need to get some money up and put a Network together to cover these events and right wing TV shows—Rush? Mark Leven? Michael Reagan? Oliver North? Sarah Palin? I am sure their is money out there—Donald Trump—do you hear your nations call? hell, you could even call it the TRUMP NETWORK if its to the right—people will watch it (and it might make you money too!) Set it up in Florida or Texas and it could be the thing that Unites the Tea Party and Conservatives.
Money is not enough, no one will sell you a network, and they will fight to keep you off satellite. Beck tried to buy Gore's network, but he preferred selling it to Al Jazeera.
Most don't remember when Ted Turner tried to buy one of the Networks, they had a canniption and refused to sell to him because he was too conservative, so CNN and TNT was born.
Ted Turner was considered too conservative? Was that before or after he said world religions should be abolished?
I do clearly recall the big anger from Hollywood when he decided to colorize thousands of old black and white movies.
This was shortly after the New Coke debacle.

I’ve never considered Santorem to be a Conservative! Why are they including him in the group of speakers?
This is close by for me, and I am going to make every effort to be there.
Starting a right wing Cable outlet will NOT be Easy but—if enough people are behind it—it will happen. Even if it must be done outside the USA. Ted Turner did it and in time Beck will too.—It just takes the right people and money. What shows should it have? Besides news?
My cable provider has about 400 channels, I watch maybe 6 of them, yet they don't have room for Blaze. Profit is not always the determinate factor in programming choices.
Ideology trumps profits!
(That’s the Comcast >> NBC motto)
Hard to believe huh? If he was to right wing what does that say about how far left they were?
We need more conservative women like Palin

I drive by there weekly
If anyone from out of the area is considering coming, this within a few minutes of tourist areas of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood theme park, Splash Country water park, and the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. All to say that depending on your interests and what your family enjoys, the drive might be worth it.
