A top judge has rejected opposition by a Roma couple to the adoption of two of their children by a same-sex couple, the Roma couple criticising Kent County Council.

I wish they’d try.
One has to wonder what the parents did in the first place to lose their children - however for most western countries it is unusual for children to be put up for adoption without parental permission - usually they would be put in foster care until the parents worked out whatever trouble/problems they have/had. Still I would attempting to accuse the judge of cultural genocide and taking it to the High Court!
Wonder if the judge uses the same argument when placing Muslim children.
