Oh, BS. There are hundreds of ways to stop them from coming in but the Dems see them as future voters who will keep them in office. One of my favorite suggestions came from a friend who was a Marine sniper. He says: Forget the fence. Just put up a tower every two miles with a sniper in each tower with orders to shoot-to-wound. Collect up the wounded at the end of the day, tattoo a big X on their forehead and if they try to cross a second time, the orders change. Who knows...it might work.
