Z Street representative Lori Lowenthal Marcus spoke out in March 2013 about the harassment the pro-Israel group received from the Obama IRS:
They told us terrorism happens in Israel. Therefore, they had to look into our organization because they thought we might be funding terrorism. Were a purely educational entity. We didnt fund anybody. We barely funded ourselves.
Remember: This is the same administration that wouldnt call the Benghazi massacre a terrorist attack but accused a pro-Israel group of supporting terror.

The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
It’s all coming out now, not that the American public will ever get it.
“Was Targeted By Obama Officials Because of Its Pro-Israel Views”
Yet 70 percent of the suckers voted for Obozo....idiots
WOW! They came out and actually said it.
The portion that don’t really care about Israel. Most of them are liberals, and buy the Dems’ propaganda about so-called “Christian Zionists”.
Sad day when Catholics vote for abortion blood thirsty evil liberals and Jews vote for Nazi goyim democrates because it feels jewish.
It's not just the Mafia who will sell each other out. The comparison is legitimate
and the organized shake down are from the same cloth of tyrants.
This is the group mentioned to watch on FOX. Said discovery should be interesting to Lerner and Higher ups!
I’d like to sit in on those depositions.
Only when it happens to THEM will they ever give a shit.
Thanks for the ping.
What does it take to change the 70 % block voting of Jewish people for Fascist Democrats?
Word for Jewish Voters:

Won't see a lot about this in the media, the IRS persecuting pro Israel organizations, no harm no foul, there just aren't enough conservative organizations to go around.
My sarcasm which I rarely acknowledge aside, it's an important ruling. Apologies to those leftists supporting use of government in racial and religious jihads, in the interest of political domination, but maybe the entire judiciary hasn't boarded you ship.
Good grief, of you can't use the organs of government to your advantage when in power, what's the point of politics. Not sure where I learned that, ask Holder, he'll know. Probably Stalin or someone of his ilk
What’s more, they’re islam’s ignorant stooges.
Do we need any further proof that Obozo is a Jew-hating Muslim?
Well, who exactly are the "suckers" and the "idiots"? Z Street is a real pro-Israel organization. It was formed as a counterweight to the Obama-puppet organization J Street. Not surprising that the Obama IRS is giving them the detestable "Tea Party" treatment.
Most pro-Israel American Jews did NOT vote for Zero. Those Americans abroad in Israel, for example, voted about 85% for Romney, 15% for Obama. Problem is that too many American Jews regrettably don't care very much about Israel's predicament.
BTW, the head of Z Street is also a FReeper.
Did they win this at the Supreme Court or a Federal Court?
If the latter, the IRS might fight this all the way to the SCOTUS...
Sadly, I don't think that Z Street won too much of anything at this point, contrary to the article's headline. What happened was this: Z Street filed a complaint, then the IRS responded with a motion to dismiss, which the (federal district) judge denied at this early stage of the litigation, instead ordering the defendant IRS to present a formal answer to the complaint.
This was essentially a procedural ruling, notifying the IRS that they'll have to present a more substantive argument to defeat Z Street's claim that the tactics used by the IRS were unconstitutional.
Hate to put it this way, but the facts are that this particular judge is a young black female appointed by Obama. One might expect her to be leaned on by those who pushed her nomination to do what she is "supposed" to do. In other words, don't expect Z Street to obtain much success at the district court level. Unfortunately, it would seem as if they got the "wrong" judge. But there are still rare pleasant surprise.
“Most pro-Israel American Jews did NOT vote for Zero.”
I did a a simple search “Jewish vote for Obama”.
The first five results show 69 to 70 percent.
Why is that?
Ex pat Americans in Israel vote the opposite of domestic American Jewish people.
Think it was the judge on FOX that pointed out the discovery on this case would be interesting
Yes, that's if they wind up having discovery. But, being pessimistic about it, the hunch here is that the IRS will pull out all stops to prevent that from happening, and will lean on this Obama-appointed judge to see that it never does happen - at least as long as she is presiding over the case.
Of course, if discovery is denied, there may be some recourse for the plaintiff at the Circuit Court (appellate) level.
I suspect that the real number was closer to 60%. What happens is that just about all this polling is done by pro-'Rat organizations who benefit by skewing their polling techniques in such a way that 'Rats are oversampled. They most likely didn't poll too many orthodox Jews or relatively recently arrived Jews from Russia and the Iron Curtain countries, because of language and/or cultural differences with the pollsters. Those two subgroups voted majority Romney. In general, there are many practical problems in sampling American Jews because there is a lot of diversity in both thought and culture, as well as geography, even though in total, they add up to a bit less than 2% of the American population.
Be that as it may, the main reason for the higher than expected vote for Zero among American Jews is that too many don't value the importance of Israel anywhere near as much as they logically should.
Yes, that's been pretty much the pattern, especially in the last two presidential elections.
They won what the could at this stage, that’s good news. For now.
Even at the appellate level it would be well worth keeping an eye on!
Really doesn’t matter who the initial judge is if it’s heading up the road to higher court Sometimes the more errors the better for final decision
