A man suspected of killing four people at the Jewish Museum in Brussels on May 24 was arrested Friday in Marseille, carrying a Kalashnikov and a pistol of the type used in Belgian capital AFP learned on Sunday from sources close to the investigation and judicial source.
A source close to the investigation says that Mehdi Nemmouche, a 29-year-old from Roubaix in northern France, is suspected of having been in the company of jihadists in Syria in 2013. He is in custody on suspicion of murder ...

The suspect is a French citizen, as far as I can tell. I have been quickly reading up stories on him in the French press. I can’t tell yet his ethnic background - Lebanese or Algerian, I suspect.
Five years previously, Medhi Nemouche, was convicted for his part in an armed robbery. He was one of three offenders and got the lightest sentence, only 24 months. It is also said that recently he has been with the jihadists in Syria.

For months, I have been warning of repercussions. The Syria policy is evil. France is deeply implicated, so it really is just so that this man is a French citizen.
