If voters can set policy, lets put all income tax on the ballot, then gas tax then city and county tax's, last but not least, lets have one big vote on how much teachers are paid and school taxes for those over the age of 60 don't have to pay any taxes...being fleeced by the government for decades, us oldsters deserve a break...
