I saw the video recently, and it's obvious that they were acting in concert. Obama told her to "read what it says!"

How would she know what he was referring to?

IIRC, he also told Crowley to 'get the transcript'. That would seem to suggest that they [Team Obama and Team CNN] were expecting the issue to come up and had prepared documentation to counter, if needed.
