This is the same silencing protocol that the demonic Obama administration (and their subservient political generals in the military) have been following in Benghazi. I wonder if Bergdahl is being interrogated in Germany or is being given his “cover story” by the Obama Regime’s operatives?

I know a CLOSE friend of the Bergdahls. I know they are being misrepresented on this board; badly.
As for Bowe, I don’t know what happened, but how about we wait until we know for sure? I think he wanted to be rescued. I heard news reports that he tried to escape more than once. That doesn’t sound like someone who voluntarily joined the Taliban.

This even from the anonymous commenter accusing Bowe of deliberate desertion (may be true, I don’t know, I just don’t like to ASSUME it’s true. The anonymous commenter also seems to assert that Bowe kind of lost it, mentally)
I really hate to see his parents insulted so repeatedly on FR tonight.
My commendations to the six or more who lost their lives looking for Bowe. That is nothing but a shame, but it may or may not have been Bowe’s fault. If he lost his mind or got captured, it’s probably not his fault. If he deserted on purpose, yes, then it’s on him. But can we make these conclusions based on nothing but anonymous comments? Anyone can make an anonymous comment.

Fair enough, I have no reason to question his integrity. I was reading “anonymous” accusations, which could be perfectly true.
My main point is, I don’t know, and I don’t think anyone on this board probably does.
I DO know his family’s history and condition, and unless someone has VERY recently changed, they are not Muslims or liberals.
Everyone feels that way but they also have reason logic, and common sense.

My mind followed similar thinking to yours. Not sure we’re right, but given who’s involved, chances are at least 50-50.

The only good thing about his release is that now he can convicted as a deserter.
