Theres an old joke here in Arkansas about President Clinton returning to his home state for a Razorbacks championship football game.
While there, hes given two cute little piglets by a wealthy agribusiness Razorback alumnus.
As he later disembarks Marine One on the White House lawn Bill has a cute piglet under each arm. At the foot of the stairway, a sharp young Marine lance corporal snaps a smart salute and barks, Nice pigs, Sir!
A grinning Clinton hoists them a bit higher and says, Yeah, they a couple of real Arkansas beauties arent they; I got one for Hillary and one for Janet Reno.
The Marine, still holding his salute says, Smart trade, Sir!
Well, it would appear that Americas second black president isnt quite as adept at hog-swapping as Americas first black president was. As we have learned over the weekend, our outlaw president has taken it upon himself to ignore the law and oversee a prisoner trade between our country and Al Qaeda that is so one-sided as to once again demonstrate to the world that in the Obama White House, ineptitude is the acceptable standard of performance

It makes Jimmah the second worst president EVER. . .
Watching BBC news this morning. Apparently the Afghan and Pakistani governments are both angry about this.
not as angry as the American people should be.
i can safely predict it won’t take long for the sheer stupidity of doing this will be obvious to the world.
My sentiments exactly. I am glad to see someone put this in print.
This could all come down to Karzai snubbing Obama by refusing to meet with him on his surprise trip to Afghanistan last week. Obama is so petty that he could have ordered the release of those Gitmo terrorists in order to make Karzai's life a living hell just to get back at him for dissing him last week.
That's right. Carter is a saint, compared to the Obungler.
If it becomes obvious to the world, it will be in spite of the lames in the media covering it up.
This ghetto pimp won't even have to be reminded of his crime.
Obama accomplished two things with this deal:
(1) He got the Shinseki resignation/VA scandal from being the top story over the weekend.
(2) He helped the Taliban.
Apparently this swap had been under discussion for three years; it was obviously known to some people in Congress, which was why a law was passed requiring 30 days review of releases from Guantanamo (the law that Obama ignored and in fact which he even said in a signing statement that he was going to ignore).
Karzai was apparently upset because Obama was negotiating this through Qatar, where the Taliban had set up an office(!) which Karzai believed looked and acted like the office of a government in exile - in other words, preparing to come back and oust the legitimate Afghan government. Karzai wanted them released to Afghanistan, presumably so that they could be imprisoned or tried, and not to Qatar, where they will no doubt be treated as heroes.
Karzai - and I know he’s not great, but he’s better than the Taliban - refused to meet with Obama because Obama was obviously determined to release the terrorists into a situation where they would be beyond the reach of the Afghan government or any kind of punishment for their deeds. And he was installing them in a position of power.
What's my point? Carter isn't just better than Obama. One could easily write a whole book about how Carter was better than Obama as president. And Carter is probably one of the five worst president the US has ever had.
Obama’s foreign policy is a shambles. Our economy has been in a 5 year doldrum. The only thing Obama has accomplished is weakening our country.
Carter was a liberal inept fool. However, he did not hate my country nor intentionally hurt it. Obama does hate our nation in its present form and intentionally hurts it.
You won't get any argument from me on that. I was in the Air Force under Carter. He did seem to cut us to the bone. Reagan had to rebuild the military. I think you are right. He is an inept liberal fool, but I think he genuinely cares about people, unlike the asshat in the white hut today.
