True. I couldn't be on the court martial panel. I have read too much and formed an opinion. Of course, not presently serving in the military would preclude me anyway. In the military a unanimous verdict is only required for the death penalty (if you choose a panel rather than a single judge) 3/4 are required for more than 10 years and 2/3 for 10 or less.
