BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – Judge John Murphy and Bevard County public defender Andrew Weinstock exchanged heated words during court today in which Murphy allegedly pressured Weinstock to get his client to waive his right to a speedy trial.

The attorney was obstreperous, disrespectful, unreliable.He’d evidently had a prior history with that judge. I suspect that the defender was more concerned about his own convenience than he was for the rights of his client.
At the end of the tape another defendant comes forward and remarks “Your Honor, I just want to say that I’ve been calling that man twice a week for the last 2 weeks...”
He was pointing at the door this attorney had exited.
While the judge was out of line losing temper, he had regained his equanimity by the time he addressed the defendant and the one that followed. Words don’t register with certain people.

How about explaing yourself because I'm clueless as to what you are implying.........
If you didn’t have all the details why he was sued, you didn’t have them. Nothing more that you could do.
