This week, on WMALs “Morning on the Mall” radio show with hosts Brian and Larry I was asked a simple question relating to the Taliban prisoner release and impeachment of the president. I responded yes that in this current case, the U.S. House of Representatives should file articles of impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama.
Now before all the detractors go apoplectic here, let me tell you about Article 2 signing statements, their intent, purpose, history, and usage, and the implications for the president’s impeachment.
Ladies and gentlemen, I submit that Barack Hussein Obama’s unilateral negotiations with terrorists and the ensuing release of their key leadership without consult — mandated by law — with the U.S. Congress represents high crimes and misdemeanors, an impeachable offense.
So I call upon the leadership of the U.S. House of Representatives; Speaker John Boehner, Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi to draft articles of impeachment as no one is above the law in America. The failure to do so speaks volumes.

FWIW I think the House should hold off drawing up any Articles of Impeachment until after the mid-terms. If the Dems get their asses kicked as we expect, they may be the ones who are yelling, actually demanding, for impeachment.

Yes, treason. Expose all the stuff about him that no one knows but the ones that do know. It will probably show many connections going back thru his family for a couple of generations with some bad Muzzies that hate the USA. That is who raised Hussein. I’m sure we would be shocked about the true background of BO.

Because impeachment of B. Hussein is nothing but a pipe dream of conseravtive Americans. That is not to say it isn’t warranted and long overdue, but with our mealy-mouthed, yellow-bellied “leaders” from both parties whose butts are firmly planted on Capitol Hill, it’s simply not a reality.
Enabler and demoralizer. We cry out for leadership. Col West leads. FReepers whimper. Sickening.
Too, fighting an impeachment will take time & resources away from his disastrous agenda. Valerie Jarrett only has 24 hours in her day. Given that impeachment would be the biggest crisis for Obama, most of his political resources would be used to fight it.
So, illegal immigration, global warming, & a host of other Liberal causes would fall by the wayside. That would be a good thing.
Obama is famous for his run-out-the-clock strategies. Impeachment in the House could run Obama’s clock out, limiting the further damage he can do the next 2 years.
Calling me names doesn’t change the reality of what I said. Sorry to break it to you.
