So true. And here's more proof - since he got beat in the primary, the Cochran/Barbour machine strategy for the run-off election is to completely shed any pretense of being conservative, running on conservative principles or seeking the vote of conservatives in the state. Rather, their sleazy strategy has become (and at least tacitly supported by the gOpE NRSC) ....

Senator Thad Cochran’s supporters opened Mississippi’s Republican Senate runoff on Wednesday by signaling that they would treat the race like a general election and seek the votes of Democrats and independents during the three-week campaign against State Senator Chris McDaniel.

Thanks for the link. It points out that, in essence, Thad Cochran is the DemoncRAT candidate/puppet in the June 24th Republican runoff. The masks are off!

I urge all FReepers and constitutional conservatives to help Chris McDaniel in the runoff however they can.

I thought the only people who could vote were those who voted in the primary. He already had those Dem votes so are they going outside previous voters to bring in new ones?
