The flood of young children pouring across the southwestern border is worse than the administration has previously acknowledged, and efforts to deal with unaccompanied minors are overwhelming the Border Patrol, distracting it from going after smugglers and other illegal immigrants, according to an internal draft memo from the agency.
The four-page memo, authored by Deputy Border Patrol Chief Ronald D. Vitiello and dated May 30, contradicts the administration’s argument that the border is secure enough to begin legalizing current illegal aliens already in the U.S.
Instead, Chief Vitiello paints a picture of a government struggling to cope, leaving the children suffering poor conditions, agents unable to focus on major security threats and little sense that it will get better.
Known within the Homeland Security Department as Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC), their numbers have skyrocketed this year, forcing the department to siphon manpower and money from its other critical border duties.

The question I have in mind is -— Where are the parents or guardians of these kids and why are these minors being abandoned to fend for themselves?

They aren’t coming by themselves. They have to be led by adults. And my guess is far more nefarious activities are happening.

The parents have heard that our president has promised freebies to all children under 18, and they won’t be deported. Most of these children have someone over here already, but why come to claim them at the children’s dumping grounds? The US taxpayer is taking care of them.
Here’s my personal experience... one 15 year old who crossed over (told me she walked over but we did have translation issues, I do not speak Spanish). She met up with her “aunt” (possibly really was the aunt but I’m not sure) who put her to work cleaning at a hotel. Somehow, child services found out and removed her from the home to foster care.
The now l6 year old is in permanent foster care until she reaches l8. The state is paying a minimum of $100 a day for her care. She goes to public school. She gets medicaid, counseling and social services. She spoke absolutely NO English when she came. I’m wondering if she even learn English, since you don’t need to know it to live here anymore... everything is in Spanish.
Beck said today that someone is advertising in South America that our borders are open and that anyone who came would get free healthcare, etc.

Michael Savage revealed yesterday that clandestine photos at a “youth” holding facility surfaced. These aren’t children unless you consider a 20 year old guatamalan sporting gang affiliation and prison tattoos “a child”.
If 60,000 illegal aliens under the age of 18 entered the US last year that’s about 165 a day..
since we have about 1,000 miles of border that has little or no fence, and since this has been going on for some time now, I’m surprised there was only 60,000 last year..
When you consider that most of those illegal alien “children” are 15, 16, 17 year olds who can fend for themselves, and that this “clever” idea is rapidly spreading, we can expect the next year or so to have a marked increase in these illegal alien “toddlers” just wandering away from their parents Mexico city homes and managing all by themselves to traverse 100’s of miles north into Texas and Arizona..
Let’s call it what it is!!
