Archive.org has a bunch of recordings for D+2. Most of them are BBC snippets of less than a minute. Presumably they were broadcast as part of longer newscasts, but who knows. That Collingwood report was fantastic.

It strikes me that so many of the radio reporters were quite young. I remember many of them still working in the TV networks in the 70's and some into the 80's.
