If none of the decisions made by the President, or Cabinet members makes any difference — why have those offices at all? Why not just pick some random schmuck off the street to make each day’s decisions? Sure, on average half of them would make very bad decisions — but, at least, you might get some good decisions the next day.
What we have here is politial guilt by omission and conclusive evidence of rampant imcompetence inside the Obama administration.
