It just drives me nuts. Exactly what is “Illegal Taxpayer Data”. It’s either data from illegal taxpayers, whoever the hell they might be, or it’s taxpayer data that is illegal: illegal to hold, illegal to collect, who knows?

Because if it is, somebody at the IRS has some ‘splainin’ to do.
In the YouTube video below, IRS Commissioner, a Mr Koskinen, emphatically denied that the Obama Administration and IRS were not stonewalling or obstructing justice when they withheld subpoenaed documents, and instead blamed the lack of production of subpoenaed IRS documents on a the fact that they had to meticulously check each and every one of the emails for protected taxpayer “6103” before it could be released outside the IRS because this information was so confidential it was sacrosanct within the IRS and could not be released outside the IRS. He protested it could take years and years for the iRS to sufficiently review all the subpoenaed information and produce it for Congress because there were tens of thousands of items that needed to be reviewed.

Now we find that Lois Lerner dumped over a million sensitive documents with absolutely no review? Looks like a bit of stone walling and obstruction of justice was going on at IRS and Lerner massively violated the law by sending protected IRS information without adequate review and approval
