Former Democratic Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told ABC's Diane Sawyer in an interview, part of which aired Friday, that the details of how alleged deserter Bowe Bergdahl wound up in the hands of the Taliban are irrelevant, that "one of our values is we bring everybody home off the battlefield the best we can. It doesn't matter how they ended up in a prisoner-of-war situation."
That "it doesn't matter" is a grim reprise of her infamous "what difference does it make" remark during the hearings on Benghazi, a terrorist battlefield from which we didn't bring everyone home alive, and didn't even make an effort to try to help.
Never mind that a prisoner of war is normally considered someone captured on a field of battle in a firefight and not someone who was arguably frustrated with the war and decided to clear his head with an unarmed stroll through the Afghan countryside, actively looking for those who would hold him captive for five years.
Sen. John McCain, R-Arizona, was a prisoner of war. Bowe Bergdahl was not.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., used Clinton's exact line Thursday to defend Obama's failure to obey the law in notifying Congress about the swap.
Reid said, "What difference does it make?" about when Congress was notified of the prisoner swap.
Despite the uncontestable fact that Bergdahl walked away from his post in time of war, leaving his weapon and gear behind, and the unanimous statements of those who served with him and over him and those who tried to find him, the administration will not say whether Bergdahl...

I believe 0bama’s crew have said his parents aren’t going to get him out of a desertion charge but they will, it’s why he’s not talking to dad.
1. Bergdahl will never be Court martialed for desertion. At this point, Obama has relieved every senior commander in the U.S. Army who dared to have an opinion other than his, and no officer who values his career would now dare to bring charges on Bergdahl.
2. Bergdahl will remain hospitalized until another “crisis” dominates the MSM news cycle, and then he will be declared 100% disabled due to PTSD as a result of his torture by the Taliban. Staff Sergeant Bergdahl will receive all his back pay and allowances (approx. $300,000), and due to his 100% PTSD disability, he will receive a Medical Retirement from the U.S. Army and live happily ever after on his tax free Staff Sergeant E-6 retirement pay.
3. And, of course, SSG Bergdahl will be awarded a Purple Heart for wounds he received during torture.
4. When Bergdahl comes out of the closet and announces his homosexuality, he will become one of the “Protected” ones and no one will dare to speak ill of him after that.
That will really put paid to his presidency and the Demo-rat party.

They will work tirelessly to assassinate the characters of those who tell the truth about Bergdahl just as they have spent decades smearing McCarthy, and it will work.
Millions will believe their lies because millions always do. They’ve destroyed thousands upon thousands of people over the 20th and 21st century, told and re-told some of the most idiotic lies ever told, and continue to win power and privilege for their effort.

“Taliban Mullah in Chief” Hussein Obama has chosen “Secretary of Defending the Taliban” Hagel to continue to make Grand Bargains with Gitmo Prisoners so that Gitmo can be closed on the last day that all US Military Personnel finally abandon Afghanistan to the Taliban.
