Odumbo is going to continue doing what ever he damn well pleases with no regard to what our laws or rules state.
He makes his own laws. Who will stop him?
I believe his intent is to do what ever he can to completely unravel or destroy every rule of order he can for one of two reasons. Or, and definitely worse and the people have had enough and begin a revolution against him, declare Marshall Law so he can remain in control for the rest of his miserable existence.
Who will be the one(s) to stop him and when?
