Republicans today quoted a little-noticed December 2013 federal court ruling as evidence of a 'catch and release' immigration policy that the Obama administration uses to encourage a flood of illegal migrants to the U.S. from the south.
One congressman told MailOnline on Tuesday that Federal Judge Andrew S. Hanen called out the Obama administration for aiding and abetting felonies. And a former lawmaker wrote that the decision shows how the White House is rolling out the welcome mat for human traffickers.
As many as 80,000 children, many traveling with human traffickers but without their parents, are expected to cross the southern U.S. border illegally in 2014.

Jan Brewer should defend Arizona territory from this invasion by sending the kids back to where they came from — Texas — and make Texas deal with it.
Jan Brewer should step up to the microphones and demand IMPEACHMENT.
But that will never happen.
Our country is so screwed.
IMO this presents the most immediate threat. And the most treasonous.
The Current Regime is a criminal enterprise, and should be treated like the Mafia, using the provisions of the RICO Act.

Not even Emma Lazarus was naive enough to welcome violent gang members to our country.
I am surprised Brewer nor Perry has dispatched their National Guard to their borders, or some other defensive action.
The main reason they may not have pursued this option - the Office of the President of the United States has the power to nationalize the National Guard troops of any state, for a “national emergency”.
Even if a valid national does not exist or is acknowledged at the moment, wouldn’t take too long to invent one....
Not much point pitting governors of a state against other governors.
Why not a simple agreement among them to allow the transportation (with PC care packages, of course) to the Mexican border, and pointing ALL THE ILLEGAL ALIENS OF ALL AGES towards Mexico.
Mexico allows this traffic, theY better get used to "returning" traffic.
This has to be a cooperative pushback against tyranny.
All judges, appointed and elected; all mayorS of the cities affected; all governors, have got to stop "standing on principle" and allowing evil to triumph.
I'd like to see the feds try to arrest tens of governors, hundreds of mayorS, sheriffs and police chiefs, for upholding their oath of office and protecting the citizens who elected them.

Brewer more than Perry as there has to be some Law preventing Texas from dumping its problems in Arizona —

People will die because they are here.....whether it’s because of a medical system that is overloaded, the diseases that they bring with them, the gang members who will commit murders.
This is unconscionable that the fed’s are allowing them entrance.
On top of that, by flying groups of these kids all over the country, the spread of any diseases they bring will be far wider spread.
Only if we play Obama's, Valerie Whatshername's and Holder's game.
He wants to see an attempt to get impeached; it will never get past the Senate. But it will be on the record.
And it would take the pressure off Hussein and his scandal of the week...
But most importantly, it will turn the victimizer into the victim.
These kids are all coming across in one area of Texas and until the Governor of Texas feels the pain — the full pain of it without shifting it to other states, it will not end.
He can stop and he should —
The final outcome is entirely up to the governors.
Baraq Hussein can command, the governors can refuse.
How many states is Baraq Hussein willing to send his army against to enforce an illegal unconstitutional order?
How many soldiers will be willing to obey the illegal order?

Unfortunately for America we live in a one party state much like the soviet Union. On party two wings Democrats and Republicrats. Until there is an opposition party there is no hope only despotism.
And yet republican drones keep sending money to these enemies of a free state keeping them well fed and comfortable in the Kapitol.
And Texas and Arizona Governors are stopping this human trafficking of children?
The answer is to move them to another state?
