Whoa. I didn’t see this one coming. (Unlike the KY primary where Bevin had been DOA for weeks after the bloodsport scandal, but his die hard fans here were living in some alternate reality where the primary was competitive and “shocked” that McConnell easily won).

Best wishes to Brat if its true. I’m a bit concerned Brat might be a closet Paulbot but hopefully I’m wrong and he turns out to be a reliable mainstream conservative.

In any case, I won’t shed any tears if Cantor is gone. I wasn’t a fan of his even when he was still “popular” here and being touted as Vice Presidential material.
