Students at 24 Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools will eat free next year, regardless of family income. The schools, among the district’s poorest, will serve breakfast and lunch to all students for free starting in the fall under a new program from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The Community Eligibility Provision is an amendment to the National School Lunch program, designed to improve access to healthy meals for students in low-income schools. Students at the qualifying schools will be automatically enrolled in the free meal program and will not need to submit a paper application. .....

All part of the plan. Get people to believe government will supply you with your sustenance and then you become its slave.
People who can afford remittances to their “home country,” camera phones, designer sneakers, bling, etc. can afford to feed their children etc. This is just a case of blatantly gaming the system.
Either feed them all for free or end the program. Just like with Social Security. No means test, it just divides the kids. Besides food is not that expensive.
Now there are some programs that need to end: Climate change for one, bailouts for automakers and banks, grants to fake green energy companies. We could buy oodles and oodles of food for what is wasted in these boondoggles.

Could it be that two government Michelle Obama school lunches will barely equal one non-Michelle Obama government school lunch? This is be a back door way to subidize the M.O. lunch program.
Where does the constitution authorize the creation of the USDA?
The U.S. Department of Agriculture is a letterhead, and an office and people pushing papers ... they don't generate a penny, let alone be able to provide a 'program'
